  • 2 Apple bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added fibre and omega-3s)
