Snackx4me Jo is a healthy snacks, coffee and fitness addict. She has an Instagram page dedicated to creating aesthetically appetising healthy meals. They are a work of art. 

We challenge you to recreate her smoothie bowls. Here's one of Jo's recipes. All you need is a good blender and our exotic fruits. 

2 Frozen Red Bananas
1 Cup of frozen strawberries
1 Cup of mixed berries
1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon butterfly pea powder
1 Star fruit for dressing
